To utilize various methods of  Stress Management we must first understand stress. Stress is not something only related to our mind – it is a product of our reaction to a given situation or problem.

Relief from stress is not difficult. It requires a bit of discipline, a small change in habits, in our way of thinking, going a bit slow. With mindfulness, meditation we can overcome stress. At times stress management can be as simple as deep breathing and better sleep.
